SELECTION PROCESS & PAY SCALE
- Written Test: Subjective paper on Professional Knowledge (100 Marks).
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
- Weightage: Written Exam (70%) + Personal Interview (30%).
- Pay Scale: Deputy Manager (₹48,480 - ₹85,920) | Manager (₹64,820 - ₹93,960).
- Service Bond: Selected candidates need to sign a bond of ₹3 Lakhs.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: This recruitment is exclusively for Scheduled Tribe (ST) category candidates. General/OBC/EWS/SC candidates are not eligible. Only full-time regular degrees will be considered.
