Counselling Update: MP Group-5 2025

The Department of Public Health and Medical Education, MP has officially started the Second Round Counselling (Institution Choice Filling) for various Group-5 posts including Pharmacist Grade-2, Ophthalmic Assistant, OT Technician, Physiotherapist, and Counselor. Candidates who were allotted districts in the first round must now select their specific health institutions (hospitals/centers) through the MP Online portal. The choice filling fee is ₹50 + GST. Please ensure you complete the preference selection within the deadline to secure your posting.

📋 Important Counselling Guidelines

  • Mandatory Preference: Candidates must fill all available institution choices in their preferred order.
  • Locking Choice: No changes can be made once the payment is done and the choices are submitted.
  • Document Verification:
    • OT Tech/Physio/Counselor: At Regional Director's Office.
    • Pharmacist Grade-2: At CMHO District Office.
  • Eligibility: Only those who attended the 1st round and were allotted a district are eligible for 2nd round institution selection.
  • Future Rounds: Remaining vacant seats will be filled via a 3rd round using the ESB waiting list.
Note: If any candidate registers as a "Contract Worker" (Sanyvida) but fails to prove status during document verification, their candidature for all categories will be permanently cancelled.
