📝 Selection Process & Key Benefits
- Selection Method: Scrutiny of applications followed by a Walk-in Interview. Candidates unable to attend may be called via telephonic communication later.
- Leave Benefits: Entitled to 1 day of paid leave for every 20 days of actual work.
- Medical & Accident Cover: Reimbursement of premium for Mediclaim Policy up to ₹2 Lacs (self, spouse, dependent children) & Accidental Insurance of ₹3 Lacs (self only) for engagements exceeding 6 months.
- Disqualification: Pending criminal cases, insolvency, or history of compulsory retirement/dismissal act as disqualifications.

Candidates must carry the duly filled application form along with self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
- Retirement Certificate / PPO (Pension Payment Order) issued by Govt/PSU/SPMCIL.
- Two recent color passport size photographs.
