🎓 Educational Eligibility Criteria 🕒 Age Limits & Target Brackets (As on July 2026)
• M.Sc / Equivalent Degree with minimum 55% Marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD/Third Gender candidates).
• Integrated BS-MS, 4-Year Bachelor Degree, B.E / B.Tech / B.Pharma / MBBS holders are also eligible.
• Final Year appearing or Result Awaited candidates can also apply. 		• Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): Max 30 Years.
• Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD/Women/Third Gender candidates.
• Assistant Professor & Ph.D Admission: No Upper Age Limit.

Understanding the Three-Tier Admission Award Categories:

Category-1 (JRF & Assistant Professor): Jo candidates top merit list clear karenge, unhe Junior Research Fellowship di jayegi aur sath hi woh Government Engineering or Degree Colleges mein Assistant Professor pad ke liye direct eligible ho jayenge. Iske tahat Ph.D registration par upar di gayi monthly stipend milti hai.
Category-2 (Assistant Professor Only): Is category ke candidates ko fellowship nahi milti, balki woh desh bhar ke top institutes mein sessional lecturing ya lectureship pad ke liye select kiye jate hain.
Category-3 (Ph.D Admission Only): Jo candidates JRF ya lectureship cut-off se chuk jate hain par minimum performance matrix achieve karte hain, unhe dynamic ranking ke aadhar par Direct Doctorate standard operational centers mein admission diya jata hai.

Exam Pattern & Selection Process Scheme

• Mode of Test: Computer Based Test (CBT) Online.
• Paper Type: Objective Type Type with MCQs, distributed into Part A (General Aptitude), Part B (Subject MCQs) and Part C (Scientific Application analytical questions).
• Test Duration: 180 Minutes (03 Hours) without any interval break.
• Medium: Bilingual (Hindi and English).

How to Fill NTA CSIR UGC NET Online Form June 2026

NTA operational service portals par aavedan karte samay sabhi candidates ko in guidelines ka palan karna anivarya hai. Sabse pehle unique mobile number aur active Email Id ke sath temporary portal access generate karein. Iske baad personal information dashboard mein M.Sc specialization stream aur relevant subject code (701 se 705) ko dhyanpurvak select karein. Document scanning criteria ke anusar aapki photography clear white background ke sath honi chahiye, aur dynamic signatures 10kb se 30kb format mein upload hone chahiye. Aavedan patra ko poora submit karne se pehle dashboard preview screen ka data check karein. Agar koi error ho to use vahi edit kar lein.
