High Court Order & Document Upload Process Scheme
In compliance with the Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh (Jabalpur) order dated 06/05/2026 and 14/05/2026 in Writ Petition No. 12970/2026 (Sonam Agariya & Others Vs State of MP), the Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has opened a mandatory document upload window. Candidates who selected the "Yes" option for holding a 2-year Special Education Diploma (Special D.El.Ed.) recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) under Clause 7.7 during the original application process must upload their certificates online to claim the 5% bonus marks benefit and retain their eligibility.

Revised Merit Evaluation Framework
The selection board will check and evaluate all uploaded RCI diplomas. Application forms of candidates found misrepresenting facts or failing to upload valid documents will be officially weeded out. Following this cleanup operation, a revised master merit list will be prepared and forwarded to the School Education and Tribal Welfare Departments within a 3-month cycle.
