The Central Recruitment & Promotion Department of the State Bank of India (SBI) has officially released the Online Preliminary Examination Call Letter / Admit Card for the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO) against Advertisement No: CRPD/PO/2026-27/09.
Candidates who submitted their applications for the 1500 PO vacancies can now download their Phase-I Preliminary Exam Admit Card starting from 22 July 2026 until 02 August 2026 using their Registration Number and Password / Date of Birth.

| Age Limit Parameters: |
Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 30 Years. Applicants must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1996 and not later than 01.04.2005 (both days inclusive). Standard statutory relaxation applies for reserved communities. |
| Educational Standard: |
Graduation degree in any academic discipline from a fully recognized central or state university. Final year/semester students can apply provisionally subject to presenting proof of passing by 31.08.2026. |
| Credit/CIBIL Score: |
Candidates must maintain a healthy financial credit score. Adverse records or active defaults without a structural Clearance Certificate (NOC) will lead to immediate offer revocation. |

| Phase-I Setup: |
Preliminary Examination: Online screening format carrying 100 maximum marks. Tests basic parameters via English Language, Quantitative Assessment and Reasoning Ability. No structural cut-off bounds enforced per section. |
| Phase-II Setup: |
Main Examination Matrix: 230 Total Marks distribution. Includes an Online Objective Evaluation component (200 Marks spanning 3 Hours duration) plus an integrated typing-based Descriptive Paper (30 Marks allocated for Essay/Letter handling within 30 Minutes). |
| Phase-III Setup: |
Group Dynamics & Interview: Cumulative 50 Marks assessment layer. Contains dynamic multi-profile psychometric evaluations, targeted Group Exercises (20 Marks weightage) and a rigorous board-level Personal Interview panel (30 Marks). |
| Negative Scoring: |
Penalty framework of 0.25 (1/4th) marks structural deduction is applicable for incorrect answers recorded within objective stages. |
⚠️ Critical Directives For Call Letter Download:
- Candidates must enter their Registration Number / Roll Number and Password / Date of Birth (DD-MM-YY format) to download the Call Letter.
- Ensure to carry a printed copy of the preliminary call letter along with a valid original Photo ID proof and its photocopy to the exam venue.
- Affix an identical passport-size photograph on the downloaded call letter as uploaded during the online registration.
