  • Bachelor's Degree in related subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed passed. OR
  • Master's Degree in related subject with B.Ed exam passed. OR
  • Bachelor / Master Degree with minimum 45% marks (NCTE norms) with B.Ed. OR
  • 4-Year Integrated Course (BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed) exam passed.

Paper 2
(Senior Secondary / Class 11-12)
  • Master's Degree in related subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed / BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed passed. OR
  • Master's Degree with minimum 45% marks (NCTE norms) with B.Ed. OR
  • Master's Degree with 55% marks and 3-Year B.Ed - M.Ed integrated course passed.

How to Fill Bihar STET Online Application Form 2026

Mandatory Documents Checklist for Scanning:
  • Passport size photograph (White or light background) & clear signature.
  • Class 10th (Matric) certificate and marksheet (for DOB verification).
  • Class 12th (Intermediate), Graduation & Post Graduation marksheets/certificates.
  • B.Ed / D.El.Ed / Integrated course marksheet and passing certificate.
  • Category (Caste) certificate & Bihar Domicile certificate (if applicable).

  2. Register with mobile number and email ID to generate login credentials.
