Centre for Entrepreneurship Development Madhya Pradesh (CEDMAP) has invited online applications for the engagement of outsourced Career Counselors (करियर काउंसलर) under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, Secondary Education, Directorate of Public Instruction (लोक शिक्षण संचालनालय), Madhya Pradesh.

CEDMAP Career Counselor: Eligibility & Age Criteria
- Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026): Maximum age must not exceed 55 Years at the time of appointment.
- Essential Qualification (अनिवार्य शैक्षणिक अर्हता):
- Post Graduate Degree (Master's) in Psychology (मनोविज्ञान) from any UGC recognized University.
- OR Post Graduate Degree in any other discipline with minimum 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counselling / Post Graduate Diploma in Career Counselling.
- Desirable Experience (वांछनीय अर्हता): Minimum 1 Year Experience in Career Counselling in schools or working in a Placement Bureau.

🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities (कार्य एवं दायित्व)
- विकासखण्ड अंतर्गत संचालित विद्यालयों में प्रत्येक शैक्षणिक सत्र में करियर परामर्श के कम से कम 03 कालखण्ड (Periods) आयोजित करना अनिवार्य होगा।
- छात्रों को भविष्य के करियर विकल्पों, उच्च शिक्षा, व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों एवं प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं हेतु सही मार्गदर्शन और काउन्सलिंग प्रदान करना।
- विद्यार्थियों की अभिरुचि (Aptitude) एवं कौशल के आधार पर उन्हें उपयुक्त करियर चयन में सहायता करना।
