1. DeGM & AeGM Posts
- B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT) OR MCA OR M.Sc (Computer Science / IT).
- Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate for UR/OBC applicants; 50% aggregate for SC/ST applicants.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must possess a Valid GATE Scorecard in CS/IT stream.
2. Lead Trainer & Trainer Posts
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT) OR Full-time Graduation in any stream + DOEACC/NIELIT 'B' Level Certificate.
- Minimum Marks: 60% for UR/OBC; 50% for SC/ST applicants.
- Mandatory Requirement: Valid GATE Scorecard in CS/IT stream.
3. Office Assistant Post
- 10+2 (Higher Secondary) passed with minimum 60% marks.
- Mandatory Requirement: Valid Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT Scorecard).
🔞 Age Limit Details (As on 01.01.2026)
- MP Domicile Unreserved Male: 18 to 40 Years.
- MP Domicile Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC) & All Female Candidates: 18 to 45 Years (5 Years Age Relaxation).
- Other State Applicants: Maximum 35 Years.

There will be NO written examination conducted by MPSEDC. Recruitment is executed via direct merit formulation as detailed below:
A. Technical Positions (DeGM, AeGM, Lead Trainer, Trainer):
- Merit List is directly prepared based on the valid GATE Scorecard marks obtained in the CS/IT discipline.
B. Office Assistant Position:
Selection is determined by combined weightage metrics:
- 12th Class Marks: 60% Weightage
- CPCT Scorecard: 40% Weightage (Computer Proficiency: 20%, Hindi Typing: 10%, English Typing: 10%)
Tie-Breaker Rule: If two or more candidates secure equal overall merit points, preference will be granted to the older candidate based on date of birth.

- Tenure: Initial contract period is for 02 years, extendable annually based on performance evaluation and department requirements.
- Security Bond: Selected candidates must sign an agreement bond on a ₹100 non-judicial stamp paper. Resigning within 1 year requires paying 1 month's salary as penalty.
- Leave Entitlement: 13 Casual Leaves (CL) and 15 Medical Leaves (ML) per calendar year.
