Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) has released an official recruitment notification (Advt No. HRM/DM & M/SRD/2026-27/04) under a Special Recruitment Drive (SRD) for Backlog Vacancies. Educational Qualification & Experience: • Deputy Manager (Grade JM I): Graduation (Min 50%) AND Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS in Finance/Foreign Trade) OR Chartered Accountant (CA). Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in a reputed commercial bank/financial institution. • Manager (Grade MM II): Graduation (Min 50%) AND Post Graduation (Finance/Foreign Trade) OR CA. Minimum 3 years scale-I experience in Internal/Credit Audit in a scheduled commercial bank/financial institution. Age Limit Criteria: • Deputy Manager: SC/ST: Max 33 Years | OBC: Max 31 Years • Manager: SC/ST: Max 35 Years | OBC: Max 33 Years • Age relaxation applicable as per GoI guidelines (+10 Years for PwBD, +5 Years for Ex-Servicemen). |

| Exam Pattern | Selection Process |
• Selection Stages: Written Test (Descriptive/Subjective Professional Knowledge Test - 100 Marks, 2 Hr 30 Min) followed by a Personal Interview. • Weightage Ratio: Written Exam (70%) + Personal Interview (30%). • Exam Centres: Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Guwahati. • Starting CTC: Deputy Manager: ~₹18 Lakh PA | Manager: ~₹20 Lakh PA. |
