Class 10 + NTC + NAC Mandatory
🎓 Mandatory Qualification (Triple Requirement)
- 1. Class 10 / Matriculation: Passed Class 10 from a recognized board.
- 2. NTC / ITI: National Trade Certificate (Full-time regular ITI) in relevant trade.
- 3. NAC: National Apprenticeship Certificate issued by competent authority in respective trade.
- Marks Criteria: Minimum 60% Marks for General/OBC and 55% Marks for SC/ST in both NTC/ITI and NAC.
⏳ Age Limit (As on 01/10/2026)
- Upper Age Limit (General / EWS): 27 Years as of 01/10/2026.
- SC / ST Relaxation: 5 Years (Up to 32 Years).
- OBC (NCL) Relaxation: 3 Years (Up to 30 Years).
- Work Experience Relaxation: Up to 7 Years for eligible relevant work experience holders.
- Maximum Upper Age Ceiling: 56 Years after all permissible relaxations.

💰 Salary Scale & Mandatory 20-Year Service Posting Condition
Salary Structure:
- First Year (Temporary Artisan): Consolidated ₹ 24,000/- per month.
- After Regularization (Artisan Grade-IV): Regular Pay Scale ₹ 29,500 - 65,000/- plus company allowances.
Posting & Transfer Lock-in:
- Lock-in Period: Selected candidates must serve at their allocated unit for at least 20 Years. No transfer requests will be entertained during this period.
